You can't go to Tokyo without visiting Tokyo Tower. Tokyo tower, the second-tallest structure in Japan, looks so much like Eiffel Tower except it is a lot smaller. The tower is painted white and international orange. At first, I thought it was the color scheme of the Japanese flag, red and white. How can I not be able to tell orange from red? I must be color blind. And I wonder if French people are cool with the similar design. The building under the tower is called FootTown. It holds museums, restaurants and shops.
JJ went up to the observation deck to see the panoramic view of Tokyo. Check out the view. It is spectacular, isn't it? Now I regret I didn't tag along. What was I thinking? Seriously! How could I have missed Tokyo? It's not like JJ will go back anytime soon. He is moving on to the next city he has never been. I can't go to Tokyo by myself. Who is going to take my pictures? Selfie? I don't like selfie. Ok, stop babbling to myself.
Anyway, Tokyo looks so big and harmonized from above. And it's so green. Love the landscaping. Lucky for JJ, it was clear sky that day. Typhoon was coming the next day.
At the observation deck, there are some viewing holes. You can see what is below. That's pretty neat.
