Tokyo, Day 3: Streets of Tokyo

Typhoon was passing through and didn't hit Tokyo. It brought rain but it didn't rain heavily. There was no problem to go sightseeing.

Shibuya Crossing
JJ checked out Shibuya (涉谷區) in the morning. Shibuya is famous for shopping and nightlife. There is no shortage of well-known brands here. You can find almost any brand you have heard of and all you need to worry about is your wallet. JJ also took pictures of Shibuya Crossing. I am sure it looks very familiar to you. You probably have seen it in many movies such as Lost in Translation and Fast and Furious 3. Shibuya Crossing is often compared to the Time Square in New York because it also has giant video screens and loads of advertising just like its American counterpart.

The streets of Tokyo are clean and pleasant. When it rains, the sea of umbrellas in the street is quite an interesting sight. Tokyo in the rain looks gorgeous, do you reckon?
